Sr. Web UI Designer
Qualification : Any Degree (preferably B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M. Sc)
Experience : 2- 4 yrs

Roles and responsibility
Senior level web designer operation includes managing all designers in branch. Analyze and interpret the design specification with the objective of translating the specification into High Level Design within the framework of the project plan.
Responsibilities:
- Apply design analysis and design techniques to small to complex applications/systems.
- Conceptualize & design websites. Understand customer requirements.
- Recommend optimum approach and develop system design.?
- Manage all designers in branch location for day to day operation.
- Excellent organization & communication skills, ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Good Presentation and Training skills.
- Serve as a project assistant in the management and deployment of software design solutions.
- In-depth product knowledge in web design including advance technologies like Ajax, Ruby on Rail etc.
- Sound Knowledge of CSS 3 , DIVS and XHTML
- Excellent Communication and managerial skills.
